Qualification and Procedure for the Submission |
○ (Common qualification) Enrolled students who were recommended by professors after satisfying the completion requirements
(including early completion) and pass the Foreign Language and the Comprehensive Exam or those who completed the course.
* Prospective dissertation submitters should follow extra requirements if their department requires.
○ (Qualifications for submitting doctoral thesis) Those who have published these related to their major as the lead author
by the end of May 2025(After the admission to the course).

Criteria of Dissertation Publication |

Humanities and Social Science, Art and Physical Education |
Publish two papers including one in a journal above the level of the candidate journals of National Research Foundation of Korea.(In the department of music, it can be replaced with 4-time participation to graduation concert by it) |
|
Natural Science, Engineering, and Medical Science |
Publish one paper in a renowned international journal (SCIE, A&HCI, SSCI, SCOPUS) or publish two papers in a journal above the level of the candidate journals of National Research Foundation of Korea. |

Apply for Thesis Evaluation |
○ Pay the thesis evaluation fee(100,000won for the master’s course and 300,000won for the doctoral course,
payment account : Nonghyup 301-0190-1788-51).
○ Log in to the “JNU Portal system” and access the “Integrated Information”, Submit the required documents below.
