2022 동계 논문캠프 참가자 여러분께 알려드립니다.

 

0. 참여장소

① 몬딱이룸( 제주대학교 아라캠퍼스 본부 동쪽끝, 우편취급소 2층 )

② ZOOM( 회의실: 316 886 0787 )

 

1. 참여방식

이번 논문캠프는 대면강연(강연자 현장참여)과 비대면 강연(강연자 온라인 참여)으로 구성되어 있습니다.

그리고 모든 강연은 실시간 온라인(ZOOM)으로 송출하고 있습니다.

비대면 강연 역시 몬딱이룸에서 학습테이블(20석)과 온라인(ZOOM) 송출영상이 제공됩니다.

각 구분별 정원인 선착순 20명에 대해서는 몬딱이룸 현장참여자로 접수되며 초과인원에 대해서는 온라인 참여자로 접수됩니다.

현장참여자는 강연 10분전까지 착석하셔야 합니다.

혹시 초과인원중 현장참여를 원하시면, 강연시작 전 현장대기 후 빈좌석 발생시 입장가능합니다.)

 

2. 교육자료

교육자료는 5일간의 전체 강연 세션을 포함한

① 온라인배포용 자료(PDF 파일),

② 인쇄본 자료(현장참석자 선착순 지급)를 제공합니다.

3. 출석 인정

온라인 신청접수자에 한하여 참여자 명단을 구성하며

현장 참여 또는 온라인 참여 출석확인을 통해 출석 인정합니다.

(온라인 참여자는 ‘학번+이름’ 으로 회의실 참여시 인정)

 

4. 각 계열/구분별 신청접수 순번은 별도 메일로 안내합니다.

 

 

This is to inform the participants of the 2022 Winter Research Articles CAMP.

0. Venue

① Mon-tak e-Room. ( East end of Ara Campus, Jeju National University, 2nd floor of post office )

② ZOOM ( meeting room: 316 886 0787 )

 

1. Participation method

This CAMP consists of

① face-to-face lectures (lecturers participate on-site)

② non-face-to-face lectures (lecturers participate online).

 

And all lectures are broadcast online in real time.(ZOOM on live).

Non-face-to-face lectures are also provided with learning tables (20 seats) and online (ZOOM) transmission videos in the Mon-tak e-Room.

The first 20 people for each division be accepted as ‘On-site participants’ of the Mon-tak e-Room, and the excess number of people be accepted as online participants.

(Must read!!!!

On-site participants must be seated 10 minutes before the lecture.

If you wish to participate on-site among the number of people exceeding the number of people, you can enter the lecture if there are empty seats after waiting on-site before the start of the lecture.)

 

2. Educational materials

The training materials include a full five-day lecture session

① materials for online deployment (PDF file),

② Printed materials (first-come, first-served basis for on-site participants by date) are provided.

Check your personal mailbox and posts on the Jeju National University graduate school website

 

3. Recognition of Attendance

A list of participants is formed only for those who receive online applications.

Attendance is acknowledged through on-site participation or online attendance check.

(Online participants are recognized when participating in the meeting room with ‘student number + name’)

 

4. The order of application reception for each division will be notified by separate email afterwards.

1. 사전 접수신청(이메일 신청접수 포함)

2. 현장 또는 온라인 참여(최소 1개 강연 이상)

3. 만족도 설문조사 참여(연락처 꼭 남겨주세요.)

다음 세 가지 조건을 모두 만족하고

대학원혁신실로 방문하시는 선착순 100분께

소정의 기념품을 드립니다. 

- 수령기간: 2023. 1. 3.(수) ~ 13.(금)

- 수령장소: 대학원혁신실(BK21사업 담당자)

- 기념품: 극세사 담요(1인 1개)
